    Nutrition

    Nutrition is a philosophy that regards the body as a whole and promotes the growth and consumption of natural foods, urging maximum intake of fresh, raw, living produce with minimal use of cooking and other forms of processing. The diet incorporates a healthy balance of preferably organic fruits, vegetables, sprouts, seeds, nuts, algae, grasses, flowers, sea vegetables, grains, and legumes.

    This dietary lifestyle is optimal in providing the necessary elements needed for humans to thrive, including vitamins, minerals, fibers, enzymes, oils, proteins and carbohydrates in bio-available form. Perhaps the single most essential nutritional substance in a plant-based diet is chlorophyll, which transforms sunlight into proteins, starches and sugars. Its molecules are identical to human hemoglobin; therefore it is immediately assimilated upon consumption.


    Avoid refined sugar, gluten, fats and preservatives, you can reap the benefits of:

    • Clearer skin and healthier hair, nails, and teeth
    • Fat loss and improved muscle tone
    • Improved digestion and reduced allergies and food sensitivities

    The idea of a detox is to eliminate all the harmful toxins in our bodies, minds and spirit.


    Physical
    The first step in the healing process is to remove as many toxins from the body as possible to allow the organs and immune system to operate most efficiently. These toxins are most often embedded in the cell structure of the body, so we must rebuild the body to introduce healthy cells to regenerate health, and that means first initiating a detoxification regimen.


    Mental

    Mental detoxing is the process of clearing and cleansing the negative, unuseful and unconscious thinking that impacts our mental, physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing. Where can I start: - Be intentional, Start getting out and active, minimize the use of technology, meditation /prayer, express your frustrations, self-reflect, consider therapy


    Spiritual

    When traditional approaches don’t work, you can turn to spiritual cleansing to get to the root of the problem and solve it from within.

    Ask yourself:

    1. When do I get defensive? Whenever you get defensive, ask, “What is wounded inside of me that I feel I need to protect?”
    2. When do damaging, unwanted patterns of behavior occur in my life? Next time you notice a pattern of negative behavior, ask, “What am I trying to forget, run from, or numb myself from?”
    3. What do you avoid thinking about? What are you trying to avoid more and more? When you answer this, sometimes the root issue will be exposed.
    4. What really annoys you about other people? When we complain about other people, this is always revealing something about ourselves.
    5. Ask yourself the “the miracle question”: If you woke up tomorrow and everything was miraculously better, what would that look like?
