Veronika Niyazova has depth of knowledge and infectious laughter, she has a way of inspiring her students to blossom into their full potential.
Veronika has been facilitating breathwork and meditation wellness programs with the Art of Living Foundation since 2006. She was inspired by the transformations she saw in people taking Art of Living programs and decided to integrated into her life. She teaches breathwork, and leadership master classes to adults and teens where they get inspired to learn to live with a healthy body, healthy mind, and healthy lifestyle.
She certified as Sri Sri Yoga teacher from 2007 🕉 Hatha yoga teacher from 1998.
The Partner program couples will discover greater self-confidence, resilience and a set of tools that will carry them through all of life’s ups and downs. Through meditation, breathing techniques and interactive processes.

Isabella is a creative soul who’s been a devotee to her psychic development and knowledge since her early teens. Born in San Diego and raised around the world, she has been lead to tread many beautiful paths in both the light and darkness — her intuition being strengthened by always approaching the unknown with an open heart.
It was in the darkness where Isabella discovered movement as medicine. Emerging from the depths of the nightlife industry, first as a dancer, then as an internationally acclaimed DJ. She is now a classical pilates devotee and a believer of true personal transformation — having gone through it herself with the help of the Forrest Method.
Isabella has integrated her love of astrology, music and the esoteric arts into her movement practice. She believes that the unification of the spiritual, emotional and physical body can be done through obtaining physical alignment through pilates and proper nutrition. All it takes is a bit of love and devotion. ♡︎
Anayansy has always been a free spirit chasing adventure and challenges. Her path has led her to travel the world and be an educator and her most recent adventure is being a business owner. From a young age she dwelled in the space of spirituality but what made her instill this practice in her daily life was experiencing the loss of a family member. After dealing with anxiety and panic attacks she searched for different ways to bring peace to her mind. Her practice began with meditation and yoga. After practicing 5 years of practicing yoga she came upon classical pilates and found it to be the perfect balance between mind and body awareness. She is now on a quest to help others find peace within.
My name is Su. I have been doing Pilates for more than 3 years now. In 2021, as I was building up a habit to exercise, I had tried all kinds of fitness classes before I found my ways to Pilates. I also went to many different types of Pilates classes, but it was through Maria Forrest’s class, I started to feel like getting to the core of Pilates as she was teaching us the fundamentals in each movement. The experience in her Pilates class has brought me closer to myself and the process of doing Pilates has helped me build up my inner strength. In the hardest time, Pilates classes had given me chances to breathe, to reconnect with myself and to reassert myself. I finished my Mat Pilates training with Forrest Pilates in 2023 May. I am new to teaching, but I am sure my personal journey can shine new lights in your Pilates experiences. In my free time, I love seeing and creating art, experimenting different forms of body movements through dance classes or pilates, exploring hidden gems in cities while traveling, and learning ways to expand human capacities through technology.
